How to Build a HUGE List of Companies for Your Job Search
I have another job search tip for you today that I think will be helpful for you. One thing has become evident to me as an Executive Recruiter. There are basically two types of job searchers:
1. Reactive
2. Proactive
Unfortunately, the reactive crowd is larger in numbers. The reactive crowd focuses their attention on monitoring the job boards and waiting for recruiters to call them. Everything is reactionary about their job search. Now, this techniques can work but it does take longer. Many people use this technique when they are already working because it is simple. However, you can be proactive as well without wasting your life away.
