		<description>Resignation letter is a sign of respect which is often expected. Even if you&#039;re not happy with your employer you still have to be very careful with what you&#039;re going to write in your letter. Always remember that this letter will also be included in your employee file. Thank them for the opportunities that they have given you and things you have learned. Don&#039;t forget that maybe someday your paths may cross again so you have to keep the bridge intact. And for sure later you will be asking for a recommendation letter.</description>
